Elle est li\u00e9e essentiellement \u00e0 la fabrication de bols pour la\u00a0c\u00e9r\u00e9monie\u00a0du\u00a0th\u00e9.<\/em><\/span><br \/>\n<em><span style=\"color: #800000;\"> Je pars d&rsquo;un bloc d&rsquo;argile\u00a0r\u00e9fractaire fortement sabl\u00e9 (chamotte) pour r\u00e9sister aux chocs\u00a0thermiques.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"t pg-1m0 pg-1x0 pg-1h3 pg-1y2 pg-1ff1 pg-1fs0 pg-1fc0 pg-1sc0 pg-1ls0 pg-1ws0\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em><span style=\"color: #800000;\">Une fois r\u00e9alis\u00e9e au tour de potier, la pi\u00e8ce est mise \u00e0 s\u00e9cher quelques heures\u00a0puis, lorsqu&rsquo;elle aura pris <a href=\"http:\/\/www.artgil.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/DSC_0002-2.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-204\" src=\"http:\/\/www.artgil.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/DSC_0002-2-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"DSC_0002 (2)\" width=\"142\" height=\"142\" \/><\/a>la consistance du cuir (ferme mais souple),\u00a0je vais la tournasser.\u00a0Je reprends la poterie sur le tour pour la d\u00e9grossir, l&rsquo;affiner, l&rsquo;\u00e9galiser, \u00e9ventuellement rajouter quelques sillons, empreintes ou sculptures.Viendra ensuite le s\u00e9chage \u00e0 l\u2019air ambiant\u00a0durant\u00a0quelques jours suivi de la\u00a0cuissons\u00a0<strong>1\u00e8re\u00a0cuisson\u00a0appel\u00e9e \u00ab\u00a0biscuitage\u00a0\u00bb ou \u00ab\u00a0d\u00e9gourdi\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong> dans un\u00a0<\/span><\/em><em><span style=\"color: #800000;\">grand\u00a0four \u00e9lectrique durant 24 heures avec une mont\u00e9e en temp\u00e9rature par paliers\u00a0jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0\u00a0 980\u00b0 suivie d&rsquo;une tr\u00e8s lente descente\u00a0de temp\u00e9rature.
